I am quite surprised how good this photo looks, with detail of the stone wall, and barn. This was taken on Holy island as the tides were out, and the views are as good as they look in this photograph. Great place for walking holidays.

This weekend I went to Berwick-upon-Tweed, Holy island and Lindisfarne castle. It’s a great place for walking but make sure you check the tide times before setting off to the island. This photo is of the small harbour and castle in the background.
